Issue Summary

When creating a subtask under an issue with team assigned, the subtask does not get the team field appearing in it as the parent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a plan
2. Create a story
3. Select a team for the story
4. Commit it to Jira
5. Create a subtask under the newly created story
6. Commit the subtask

Expected Results

The subtask should have the team field appearing in the new issue view.

Actual Results

The subtask does not have the team field visible in the assigned to it in the new issue view
